My girl is 8 months old today!!! Man i cant believe it... She has grown soooo much since they 1st placed her in my arms.... She is both a mama's girl and a daddys girl... She loves her puppy brother bentley... and seems to not really mind people... She does have her favorites that she loves to have around... She loves her Aunt kristy and she LOVES her Uncle justin, Its quite comical to see her try and get his attention and when she finally achieves her goal and get his attention she just laughs and smiles at everything he does... She seems to play well with others,although she has a hard time understanding to share with others.. She has 3 teeth in and 1 trying to break in... She is very smart, she can see someone do something once or twice and she can then do it..... She likes to eat when others are eatting too. She still isnt the biggest eater, she will eat but its not a priority to her.. She would rather really just drink her bottle and be done with it... She loves almost all the foods i give her she isnt big on sweets, so fruit is still a challenge. She does wonderful at restaurants, and when going out... She is nosey as ever and loves to people watch. She is my crawling pro, pulling up pro and getting braver and braver everyday at standing on her own little girl.... She Loves to take off her diaper when she can, she likes to scratch things with her nails and feel textures... She pulls her hair like she is mad. She loves to cuddle (sometimes) she always wants to be on the go...She is my bundle of joy that i love more then anything... She still uses her bink but we are cutting it down to not all the time. She is using her sippy cup daily and getting the hang of it, so it seems. I got her different ones and she seems to like them better. She still will not hold her bottle (she is lazy) She loves her walker and is everywhere with it... She sleeps with us still at night and i wouldnt change it.. So being i havent posted this yet even though i started it on the 11th, I guess i will add that we went to the DRs yesterday for a cough and everything was great not a 100% on the weights and length but i am 99% that it was 18 1/2 pounds and 27 1/2 ins long... She did very very good.. The dr said her cough is nothing to worry about, her o2 was like 99 or something like that.. She got her shots i was absolutely amazed she didnt hardly cry she got her 1st shot started to cry i told her it was ok and that i was right there and she looked at me and it was like she was thinking oh ok you are here im fine... LOL then in the other leg got two shots cried for nano secs with then and then was perfectly fine even when she was cryin for the nano secs she was trying to smile at the nurse... :) We go back for a baby wellness check on the 12th of april...
I was having issues with trying to figure out when i was going to have her birthday and finally decided that we will have her birthday on her actual birthday, I hated having to plan it so early but my aunt and my BFF has to know way in advance cause summers are very very busy for them both and need to put in for time off ASAP.. Thinking of maybe a pool party cause i believe the youngest there will be gretchen or around that age... Now on the hunt for a public swimming pool that is Nice and maybe can rent out... I found one last night here in Fort smith but i am very unsure if we can have a 1 yrs party at 6pm on a sunday... Will need to look into more... I am excited about planning her birthday and of course we are going all out, i really feel like this is going to be a party for me... I mean does she really know what is going to be going on.. and i want to celebrate that we made it 1 year and that we ALL made it!!! Anyway for the time being............
