Reflux

So i am not 100% sure but i think gretchen has developed or had and i didnt know she had reflux. It doesnt seem to bother her that much. She has spit up sometimes seems it has gotten worse, even though i burp her for at least 30mins after her eating just 4 ozs. She seems to have episodes of not breathing, and she seems to choke on her spit.She has always been a very hard eater, always squirming and arching her back and sometimes gagging. I didnt know those were signs of reflux. I dont think it is bad enough to need meds. So i am just doing the burping after 1 or 2 ozs, leaving her upright for at least 30 mins after her feeding. Maybe when we start her on infant rice cereal next month that will help as well.. If it gets worse we will see a doctor but for now we will just wait and see how it goes.... if any of you have tips that i might try please let me know... Thanks so much!!!
