Blog
Well as we all can see i have been away from my blog i miss it.but its hard for me to find the time and the thoughts to write a nice blog... I need to get a book and just write down my thoughts and what not so i can transfer them to this blog...On a short update, Gretchen seems to be sleeping though the night from 2am till 10am she is for sure a night time person she wakes up at 10am and then goes back down around noon or so then she wakes up around 4 and then only takes little cat naps and has her big i am awake and play with me from about 9 till about 1230 or 1 and then its i am getting sleepy and want to be cuddled till she falls asleep.. I know i should be putting her in her crib but she is either sleeping with me or she is sleeping in her swing... She doesnt have a problem falling asleep by herself so i figure that she will be ok. I know that i am sure i am createing a problem but i really dont care this is the only baby i am going to have and if she is spoiled then so be it..LOL its crazy how fast she is growing up, she is holding her head up like a champ, when she lays on her tummy on me she uses her arms to hold herself up to look at me but when she is tummy time anywhere else she just rubs her face on the blanket... She is smiling all the time it seems like weather its unintentional or intentional... She laughs in her sleep alot and sometimes while she is awake... she still really has no interest in toys at all i try and get her to play with them and hold them but has only happend once... david let her lick a startbursst i know its prob wasnt good for her but oh well and i let her lick my finger that had a dot of choc icing on it last night and it was funny she just kept trying to lick it over and over...LOL... she likes to sit up when she is awake she doesnt like to lay down when she is awake... she is in size 1 diapers now she went into them full time last week... her two month appt is comming up, on the 14th if sept... lets see she is eatting still the 4 ozs but sometimes she will eat the 4 ozs and then 30mins later she will eat 2 more ozs... Oh well she has fallen back to sleep in her swing and i am going to get things ready for when she wakes up agian to take some pictures of her....

She is right on track - smiles are probably intentional and so are laughs. They don't really get the toy thing until the are more that 4 months old - more around 6 months. The starburst is probably ok - but be careful of chocolate - this can cause food allergies. Check out the book What to expect the first year and it will tell yo ua lot. I really found it helpful with the first two. Sounds like she is working out her sleep - mine didnt sleep in a crib for a long time(6months old) Alli slept in her swing too and it made it better for her reflux.
Just keep blogging when you have time.
She is doing good....and what the heck spoil away... but Crissy is right watch the chocolate thing
