Happy Mothers day!!! It was my 1st mothers day with my little girl. We didnt do anything really out of the ordinary but it was a great day!! Gretchen mae let me sleep till almost 10am this morning which is sleeping in to me now a days!! Then we had a normal day i ran around trying to get GOOD quality prints of some pictures for my aunt and had NO luck!!! I think shutterfly has made me a quality snob!! They have crystal clear prints! So I finally gave in and used the not so great quality for now and ordered the shutterfly prints. Made my aunt cotton a photo collage for mothers day.. Even though she has no children of her own she has helped raise all the kids around here as if they were her own.. She loves Gretchen Mae as her own and me as well..Then she called to see if we wanted to go out to eat so we went out to the golden corral it was WAY to PACKED to eat a normal meal but we had a great time and she loved her gift!!!. We came home and watched a movie and then my 2nd mothers day gift arrived!!! at about 10pm gretchen mae started WALKING!!! YAY!!! I couldnt believe it, no pictures or video or nothing i sat there looking at her not believeing what i just saw!! Now she is more and more confident on walking she will be cruising in no time!!! What a great mothers day!!!
Mothers day has always been hard for david and i every since mama reed passed away. Then the next year my mom passed. BUT i know they both are looking down on us and they are both in our hearts!!!
